摘要
建设中国特色社会主义,关键在党;贯彻落实科学发展观,应对国际环境的冲击,
关键也在党;而当今中国共产党的建设重中之重在于建设一个马克思主义学习型政党。
建设马克思主义学习型政党是中国共产党在新时期、面对新情况、新问题针对自身建设
提出的一个历史性课题。当今世界发生着快速而深刻的变化,各种新问题、新事物、新
矛盾的不断涌现,迫切需要我们要建设一个学习型的政党。马克思主义学习型政党即符
合应对机遇和挑战的要求,它是一个要求其全体成员都必须学习、认真学习、处处学习、
终身学习、不断创新、不断进步的政治组织。只有按照马克思主义学习型政党的要求来
从严建党,中国共产党才能承受巨大的执政挑战,才能成为中国社会主义现代化建设的
坚强领导核心,才能完成建设中国特色社会主义的宏伟蓝图。
从建设马克思主义学习型政党问题的提出,到现在我们已经取得了一定的成效,但
还有一些问题仍然存在,有些党员干部的学习主动性不强、学习氛围不浓厚、还没有形
成完善的学习制度体系等。应对这些现实存在的问题,本文通过分析建设马克思主义学
习型政党的基本内涵和重要理论与现实意义,针对当前我国建设马克思主义学习型政党
存在的现实问题,分别从推进马克思主义中国化、发挥领导干部的表率作用、建立完善
学习、保障学习的长效机制等措施出发进行系统阐述。

Abstract
Abstract
To build socialism with Chinese characteristics, the most important element is the
Communist Party of China (CPC); as well as to implement the scientific outlook on
development and to deal with the international , to build a Marxist
learning party plays the most important role in the construction of CPC at present and it is a
historic subject to the CPC under the circumstances of new situations and new problems
during this new period. The world are going through the fast and profound changes in today,
and all sorts of new questions, new things, new contradictions are constantly emerging, this
situation urgent need us to build a learning-oriented party. Marxist learning party is a political
organization which namely conforms to cope with opportunities and challenges requirements,
which requires its members to study strictly, study earnestly, study everywhere, study
constantly, keep innovating and keep going. Only strictly follows the requirements of Marxist
learning party, munist party can bear huge challenges, can e the strong
core of leadership of China's socialist modernization construction, plete grand
blueprint of the construction of Chinese characteristics socialism.
