摘要
金融衍生品自20世纪80年代以来经历了一个迅速发展过程,国际金融市场因金融衍生产品的出现而异彩纷呈,金融衍生产品市场交易额的增长速度大大超过了传统金融产品,并逐步成为国际市场的重要组成部分和发展的驱动力。21世纪初,我国金融衍生品市场重新兴起,步入快速发展阶段。随着我国金融市场的逐步开放,金融衍生产品以其规避风险和增加收入的功能,成为我国商业银行创新金融工具的新亮点。当今利率市场化、汇率自由化改革的不断深化,进行金融创新以规避金融风险的呼声日渐高涨。发展我国金融衍生品市场,必将对促进中国经济进一步发展产生巨大的推动作用,对金融活动全球化产生重要的影响。为了规避风险,并能够在风险中取得收益,应寻找经济发展内在需求的规律,大力发展自己的金融衍生品市场。我国商业银行开展金融衍生产品业务的时间不长,在实际运作中存在着应用市场领域狭窄、产品品种单一和银行独立报价能力严重不足等问题。构建完备的外部经济条件和加强商业银行自身建设是解决上述问题的主要途径。本文对国内金融衍生市场的现状、问题及发展前景进行分析,借鉴国际金融衍生市场经验对我国金融衍生产品市场发展提出对策建议。积极推进中国金融衍生品市场的发展,是中国发展社会主义市场经济的需求,是中国迎接经济全球化和金融全球化挑战的需求。
