【摘要】目的:探讨预见性护理干预对急诊科常见护理纠纷的作用效果,为急诊科临床护理及护理教育提供理论依据。方法:采用类实验性研究方法,~ (作为对照组),对本组患者采取常规护理措施;~(作为干预组),对本组患者采取预见性护理干预,对对照组和干预组发生护理纠纷的原因采用统计学方法进行分析总结,将调查结果输入计算机中,,P<,P<。计数资料采用卡方检验。。结论:从护理的各个领域不断改进,减少护理纠纷的发生,提高患者满意度。

Abstract Purpose: The paper explores the effect of predicative intervention mon nursing dispute in the emergency department of hospitals and provides theories for nursing care and education. Methods: Experimental research methods were employed in the paper. Sample 15 148 patients from the total patients whom the emergency department of the hospital received from January, 2005 to December, 2007, take this group as reference group and gave people in this mon nursing care.
From January, 2008 to December, 2010, there were15 086 patients being treated and they formed as the experimental group. Patients in this group receive predicative intervention nursing care. Then the paper analyzes the reasons of emergency department nursing disputes happening in the two groups with the statistical methods. In the end, the research result was input in puter and analyzed by statistical software .
