摘要
通用件的应用能够更好的满足产品顾客化需求、提高企业的快速反应能力以及实
现库存成本的优化。企业对顾客需求的满足即服务水平的高低会对企业效益产生重
要的影响,甚至对企业长期发展起着重要作用。因此,从服务水平约束出发,研究
零部件通用化策略及通用件库存模型对于降低企业成本、提高生产效益有着重要意
义。
本文在总结学者研究成果的基础上,建立了基于产品独有服务水平约束的通用件
库存模型。简单的服务水平约束库存模型包括整体服务水平约束下库存模型和产品
独有服务水平约束下库存模型,用概率形式表示具体的服务水平,通过产品需求的
分布求解处服务水平的表达式,作为约束条件加入目标函数为最小化总成本的规划
模型当中,并分别建立包含通用件及不包含通用件的库存模型。重点研究了产品独
有服务水平约束下的通用件库存模型,将其根据通用件分配策略的不同分为存在优
先权产品和不存在优先权产品的两种模型。存在优先权产品情况下,利用卷积公式
求解出通用件的需求分布,进而表示出低优先权产品的服务水平,建立规划模型,
并通过 K-T 条件进行求解;无优先权产品的情况下,引入随机的决策变量 q 来进行
通用件的分配,通过需求函数用概率的形式表示出两种产品的服务水平,利用利用
卷积公式求解出通用件的需求分布,求出服务水平的表达式,建立规划模型,并通
过 K-T 条件进行求解。最后通过算例研究,研究通用件的经济效益,为企业安排生
产运作提出建议。

Abstract
The application monality can better meet the needs of customers,
improve the rapid reaction capability, implement inventory cost optimization, and has
been a main technique for mass customization production. The service level, how much
customers needs the enterprise achieved to meet, has an important impact on corporate
efficiency, and even plays an important role on the long-term development of enterprises.
Therefore, studying monality strategy monality

corporate costs and improving production efficiency.
On the basis of early scholars’ research results, this paper established ponent
commonality inventory models with service level constrain. ponent
