随着科学技术的进步和生产力的发展,顾客消费水平不断提高,需求的多样性
和不确定性大大增加。大规模定制生产模式在这种顾客需求个性化日趋明显、市场
竞争日趋激烈的环境下有着广阔的应用前景。通用件的应用能够更好的满足产品顾
客化需求、提高企业的快速反应能力以及实现库存成本的优化,已经成为大规模定
制生产模式的一个主要技术方法。同时,随着面向时间竞争的供应链时代的到来,
供应链管理面临着不断缩短交货期的压力,顾客响应时间正逐渐成为获取竞争优势
的关键因素。交货期与通用件库存水平是相互影响的,建立在时间的竞争意识上,
研究基于交货期的通用件库存模型旨在分析两者之间的数量关系,有利于为提高企
业的顾客化程度、缩短响应周期、优化成本、优化库存管理找到有效途径,是提高
供应链运作绩效的有效方法。
在对现有文献研究的基础上,首先从最基本的通用件库存模型出发,引入承诺
交货期因素,研究压缩承诺交货期对通用件策略实施效果的影响。通过对无通用件
模型、单通用件模型和双通用件模型的比较研究,较全面的考查了通用件的成本结
构对总成本的影响。特别是对于计算最为复杂的缺货成本,考虑到了零部件在缺货
时的供应策略,并对于不同的供应策略进行了具体分析。然后,对以上模型进行扩
展,考虑多种产成品,并进一步引入零部件补货提前期因素,同时考察产成品承诺
交货期和零部件补货提前期对通用件策略实施效果的影响。基本的通用件收益不仅
包括风险分担收益,而且还包括订单分担收益,并均受成本结构的影响,在通过对
模型和数据进行分析的基础上,详细研究了在特定的补货策略下,通用件实施的成
本和收益随各交货期因素变化的规律。

Abstract
With the development of technology and productivity, the consumption level increase,
the variety and uncertainty of customer’s demand e more significant. Mass
Customization has a bright prospect with wide application in the market where customer’s
demand is more individual and petition is more intensive. Component
commonality es a main technology to realize mass customization, because of its
capability of meeting the individual demands and improving the capability of quick
response. At the same time, with the era of time-petition in supply chain starting,
supply chain management is facing with the pressure of delivery pression,
customer response time is ing a key factor in petition advantage.
There is an interacted relation between lead time and the inventory level mon
component. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the quantitative relationship between them,
basing on the time-petition, and to find the efficient path to improve
customization level, shorten multi-stage response time, optimize inventory management,
and lower cost. It is an effective method that can improve the performance of supply
chain.
