摘要
采购管理智能决策支持系统(Purchasing Management Intelligence Decision Support
System, PMIDSS)是现代企业经营决策和提高企业核心竞争力的重要工具,它能为企业
提供各种采购管理决策信息以及商业问题的解决方案,从而减轻了管理者从事低层次
信息处理和分析的负担、使得他们专注于最需要决策智慧和经验的工作,因此提高了
决策的质量和效率。Agent 技术是分布式人工智能研究中的新兴技术,多 Agent 系统
MAS(Multi Agent System)是一个松散藕合的 Agent 网络,这些 Agent 通过交互解决超
过单个 Agent 的能力的问题,MAS 技术为建立 PMIDSS 提供了新的途径。
本文首先阐述了决策支持系统(Decision Support System, DSS)的概念,介绍了
智能决策支持系统(Intelligence Decision Support System, IDSS)的分类及其体系结
构。在分析了 IDSS 的模型库、数据库和知识库关键技术基础上,归纳了基于 MAS 的
IDSS 的特点;然后对 PMIDSS 进行了系统需求分析,提出了 PMIDSS 的总体结构设
计方案,并设计了各类 Agent 的结构、公共通信控制传输系统和其资源层;最后,利
用面向 MAS 的组织原理建模方法,对 PMIDSS 进行了分析建模,给出了部分模块的
模型,并对其进行具体 Agent 的问题求解管理流程设计和建立其职能、资源权限分配
模型,为基于 MAS 的 PMIDSS 进一步研究作了有益的尝试。

ABSTRACT
Purchasing Management Intelligence Decision Support System (PMIDSS) is the
important tool for modern enterprise's business decision and it can improve
enterprise's petitiveness. It also can offer various kinds of information of
purchasing management decision and solution of mercial problems for the
enterprise, lighten the burden of the administrator who engaged in basic information
processing and analyzing, make him devote himself to the work which need decision
intelligence and experience the most, so it has improved the quality and efficiency of
decision making. Agent is the new developing technology in Distributed Artificial
Intelligence (DAI), Multi-Agent System (MAS) is an work of loose coupling,
these Agents can solve the problems that exceeding the ability of individual Agent's
through the cooperation by each other. MAS work can offer the new way for
setting up PMIDSS.
At first, in this paper, it has introduced the conception of Decision Support System
(DSS), and the classification and system structure of Intelligence Decision Support System
(IDSS). It has concluded the characteristic of IDSS of MAS based on analysis the model
