影响铸件产品质量的多因素分析及改进方法研究
摘要
我国的铸造业产量已经跃居世界之首但是在质量方面存在相
当大的问题铸造业不同于其他行业生产过程中直接影响产品质
量的因素很多诸如型砂的组分铁液中的元素含量浇注的温度
和速度等这些因素单独地相互影响地直接地间接地起着作
用而且内在机理未能完全被解读管理好这些因素是稳定铸件
产品质量进而提高质量的有效途径
本文针对铸造流程中造型-制芯熔炼-浇注-冷却的两个主要部
分内存在的多种因素分析了这些因素怎样影响铸件产品质量并
对因素的控制进行了阐述为改变铸造企业内轻视生产过程数据的
现状提出了运用主元分析法和多元回归提取数据中的有用信息
从而进行铸件性能预测的方法在确定多因素和质量特性关系的基
础上运用田口方法中的试验设计优化工艺参数达到实现改进
铸件质量的目的从过程管理信息管理设计管理三个层次阐述
了改进铸造企业质量管理的途径
上述方法通过试验和在企业的部分应用效果良好验证了本
文所提出方案的可行性和正确性

ANALYSIS ON THE MULTIPLE FACTORS THAT
AFFECT THE QUALITY OF CASTING PRODUCTS AND
REASEARCH ON ITS IMPROVEMENT
ABSTRACT
The output of casting products of China has grown up top 1 in the
world but the casting enterprises still face some big problems in quality.
Casting is different with other manufacture in that the multi factors
existed in the process affect the quality under undefined mechanism
singly jointly directly and indirectly. The multi factors include the
component of sand the element of iron water the temperature and
speed of moulding and etc. Good management of these factors is the
effective way to level off the quality and improve it furthermore.
Firstly this topic analyzes the effect and that multi factors existed
in two major parts of casting have brought to quality. The effective
method of management has been outlined through the analysis.
Secondly a methodology has been raised to predict the performance of
casting products based on PCA(ponent Analysis) and
multi-variant regression by the help of discovering useful information
according to the fact that casting enterprises always ignore the importance
of data generated in casting process. Finally based on defining of the
