摘要试验旨在研究发酵中草药对鲤鱼生长指标、生化指标及抗病力的影响。选取平均体重为 55±5g 的健康
鲤鱼,随机分为 4 组( 对照组、中草药组、芽孢菌发酵中草药组、酵母菌发酵中草药组),每组 2 个重复,每个重复
16 尾鱼,试验周期为 42d。结果表明,发酵中草药对鲤鱼生长指标虽无显著影响,但与对照组相比,添加芽孢菌发
酵中草药组效果最好;溶菌酶活力显著高于对照组(P < )。用嗜水气单胞菌对鲤鱼进行攻毒的试验结果表明,
添加发酵中草药可以显著降低鲤鱼的死亡率,相对中草药组免疫保护率提高 40%。

Abstract The effects of the fermented Chinese herbs on growth index, biochemical index and disease resistance of
common carp were studied in this experiment. mon carp with an average body weight of (55±5)g was randomly
divided into 4 groups (blank control, pound group, bacillus fermentation group, yeast fermentation group). The
experiment lasted 42d and carried out twice with 16 fish in each group. The results showed as follows :The fermented Chinese
herb had no significant effect on the growth index, pared with blank control group, The bacillus fermentation group
showed the best result with significant higher serum lysozyme level than the blank control (P < ). The result of The
experiment with aeromonas hydrophila mon carp for challenge showed that, fermentation group had lower mortality
than pound groups with 40% higher RPS.
