摘要
自2007年以来,我国保障性住房建设日益受到关注与重视。保障性住房政策的推动对于缓解地区住房供需矛盾、改善城镇居民居住条件及推动城市化建设起着至关重要的作用。
吕梁市把保障性住房建设作为惠民工程,放在首要地位,加大了保障性住房建设的力度,取得了一定的成绩,但是,由于土地限制,资金紧缺等诸多因素的影响,保障性住房的实际建设现状仍然不太乐观。
本文在分析研究吕梁市保障性住房制度和现状的基础上,提出吕梁市在保障性住房建设实施当中存在的问题,并对其做出分析。然后通过吸取我国先进地区保障性住房的经验,总结归纳出吕梁市保障性住房建设发展的对策和建议。

Abstract
Since 2007,China’s affordable housing construction is increasingly attention. Affordable housing policy to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of housing in the area, to improve the living conditions of urban residents and promote the city construction plays a vital role in.
Lvliang city carried out the construction of affordable housing as humming engineering, in the first position, we intensified the efforts on affordable housing construction, and has obtained certain achievement, however, due to land constraints, shortage of funds, the actual situation of affordable housing is still not too optimistic.
Based on the analysis of the Lvliang city affordable housing system and the status quo, on the basis of Lvliang city is put forward in the problems of the implementation of affordable housing construction, and make analysis for its. Then draw the experience of the advanced areas of affordable housing in our country, summarized the Lvliang city housing construction development countermeasure and the suggestion.
