Abstract
AIM: Acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) patients treated by standard chemotherapy seldom had a good efficacy. Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is the best way to treat AML patients, but it was difficult to find HLA-matched donor and easy to generate plications.
