本文从电子商务发展的现状出发,介绍了工作流管理系统在电子商务当中一些应
用,并详细阐述了工作流管理系统在 B2B 电子商务模式下应用的发展及存在的问题,
根据 B2B 电子商务模式中跨组织的特点,提出了跨组织工作流管理系统框架设计的
五种思路,并对五种思路进行比较。通过比较,得出(扩展)事例传递设计思路与松散
连接设计思路是可以应用于实际工作流管理系统框架设计的两种设计方法。
文章引入 Petri 网的建模方法,在介绍了 Petri 网建模的正确原则下,重点介绍了
以 Petri 网进行(扩展)事例传递设计思路的跨组织工作流建模和松散连接设计思路的
跨组织工作流建模的具体方法,并根据 Petri 网中的优化原则对工作流模型进行优化,
尤其在松散连接设计思路的跨组织工作流建模过程当中引入面向继承式工作流设计
的方法。在 B2B 电子商务模式下建立跨组织的统一工作流并保持各组织的工作流的
一定私有性是 B2B 电子商务模式跨组织工作流设计的重大难题,继承式工作流设计
的方法有效地从理论上解决了这一问题,这一设计思路来源于计算机程序设计当中面
向对象程序设计的思想,在此基础之上,以汽车 4S 销售过程当中跨组织工作流的整
合为实例进行了实证分析,验证这种设计思路的有效性。文章最后将两种可应用性最
强的设计思路进行了优缺点的比较,总结了它们适用的具体环境。

Abstract
This text introduces some applications of workflow management system in E-Business
from the dimension of the present developing situation, and indicates problems of
workflow management system's developing in the circumstance of B2B.
According the characters of B2B, The text has concluded pared five frame
designs of anization al workflow management system. Through parison, it
is got to know that approaches including extended case transfer model and Loosely coupled
model is available for the promotion of B2B.
has been adopted to establish relative model and introduce steps how to set
up the model of extended case transfer model and Loosely coupled model. Under the
principle of soundness, the frame of models has been optimized. Especially in the
demonstration of Loosely coupled model, we put forward an approach of inheritance
workflow which is one of the cornerstones of object-oriented programming and
object-oriented design to solve the design of anizational workflows and make a
empirical research applied in 4S sales of automobile.
Finally the text concludes the respective applications of the two approaches
establishing the frame of workflow management system.
