以实际需求分析为基础,深入研究和探索智能小区信息管理系统的整体架构
与主要功能模块的实现问题,主要在以下几方面展开工作并取得了一定的成果。
1. 在系统架构方面:综合运用自动化、系统工程、控制技术、计算机、网
络通信等相关理论和技术,并借助数据库平台,实现整个软件系统的架构设计。
2. 在地理信息方面:综合运用 C#和 ArcGIS Engine 组件,在 SQL Server 的
支撑下,通过编程实现地理信息数据在图层界面上的应用,并通过 ADO 数据库
接口实现了与 SQL Server 数据库的连接。
3. 在业务功能方面:基于通信和网络技术,结合 GPS、RFID 技术,以巡更
系统为例,实现基于 GIS 的业务信息管理系统。
4. 在实践与应用方面:通过在小区的局部的测试,验证了本系统设计的科
学性与实用性,它有效地提升了小区的整体信息化程度,且在经济效益和社会效
益两个方面均取得了较好的效果。

ABSTRACT
It deeply studied and explored the problem of munity information
management system’s overall architecture and the main function modules realization
based on the analysis of actual requirements. The following aspects of work are done
and certain results are achieved.
1. In the aspect of system architecture: automation, systems engineering, control
technology, computer, munication and other theories and techniques are
used synthetically. And with the database platform, the entire software system
architecture design is achieved.
2. In the aspect of geographic information: with the supported of SQL Server and
the integrated use of C# and ArcGIS ponent, the application of GIS data
in the layer is achieved through programming. The ADO database interface is used to
connect SQL Server database.
3. In the aspect of business functions: based on munication work
technology bined with the technology of GPS and RFID, taking the patrol
system as an example, GIS-based business information management system is
achieved. GIS -based business information management system.
4. In the aspect of practice and application: through the local test in the
community, the scientific and practical of the system design are verified, the
community’s overall level of information is effectively improved, better economic
and social benefits are obtained.
