JDE销售模块在UTC项目中的应用
摘要
信息技术的迅猛发展促进了企业经营管理模式的变革和制造技术的发展,用信息技术改造和提升传统产业已经成为国际上的广泛共识。企业资源管理计划ERP是信息管理技术中重要的一部分,本次实施所用的ERP软件是Oracle的主打产品JDE。
本文结合UTC实际的ERP项目实施过程,首先,理解ERP理论及其管理思想的基础,了解ERP实施的特点与关键,介绍UTC公司的项目背景;其次,结合JDE OBA实施方法论,分析JDE的项目实施流程;再次,理论与实证相结合,研究项目背景,对需求进行分析,梳理出业务流程,然后结合企业现状及特点,制定出销售系统的基础配置,对项目实施的整个过程进行总结;最后,在DEMO场景测试中根据不同的库存状态给出了6种不同的测试脚本,并给出测试结果。

Abstract
The rapid development of information technology to promote enterprise management mode reform and development of manufacturing technology, and use information technology transform and upgrade traditional industries has e the international consensus. ERP is an important part of information management technologies, the implementation of ERP software is the Oracle flagship product, the JDE.
In this paper, combined with UTC's actual ERP project implementation process, first, to understand the basis of ERP theory and management Ideas, understand the characteristics and key about the ERP implementation, introduced the UTC Project Background; Secondly, bination with JDE OBA implementation methodology, analysis of JDE project implementation process; Thirdly, integrate theory with practice, needs analysis, to tease out the business processes, and bined with UTC’s status and characteristics, to develop a sales system configuration, to summarize the entire process of project implementation.; Finally ,Based on six stock situation gives the six different test scripts for the DEMO testing and test results.
