JDE财务在混凝土行业的实施应用研究
摘要
随着信息科技在企业中的运用不断推广,企业信息管理也从使用向适用的方向转变,他们更趋向于寻求一种符合企业运作规律的、整合的、可控制的、能够覆盖到企业日常业务各方面的信息管理系统对企业进行管理,并提供最为真实有效的决策依据。ERP实施便是这样一种以企业个性化需求为导向,结合软件自身的逻辑体系,根据实施顾问的实施经验和对软件的深度认识,了解企业具体需求,分析企业运作的优势,诊断企业业务流程中存在的问题,给出针对特定对象的实际解决方案,使企业流程与软件系统达到最完美的契合,来最终解决信息系统对于企业的适用性的问题。ERP实施的整个项目生命周期中,承载着很多复杂而又深刻的问题,包括需求调研、流程设计和一些特殊行业问题的解决方案等,实施团队如何面对这些问题,并且以客户需求为导向引导客户开展ERP项目的实施,值得进行深入的分析和研究。
基于此,本文以建亚ERP财务模块实施为研究对象,根据项目实施方法论的指导,针对混凝土行业ERP实施的概况和主要问题,对整个项目的实施过程进行进一步的拓展分析,实现了财务模块和业务模块的数据和流程的整合,提高了企业在财务核算的工作效率和决策力度。

Abstract
With the continuing efforts to promote the use of information technology in the enterprise these years, enterprise information management transition from useable direction to applicable direction. They tend to seek an information management system can meet the laws of their daily operation , be integrated, control, and be able to cover all aspects of the day-to-day business of the enterprise to manage the enterprise, and provide most actual and effective decision-making basis. ERP implementation is such an course that is enterprise personalized demand oriented, combined with the logical architecture of the software itself, implementation experience and depth of software understanding by the implementation consultant, one can analyze the advantages of the operation, diagnose the problem of business processes, and provide practical solutions for specific objects to make sure the software system fit to business process perfectly. Through efforts, to achieve the settlement of the applicability between the information systems and enterprise businesses. In the project life cycle of ERP implementation project, carries a lot plex and profound issues, including the demands research, process design and some special industry solutions, how to deal with these issues, and customer-oriented guide to carry out the implementation of the ERP project deserve in-depth analysis and research for the implementation team.
