新疆绿洲城镇体系研究

经过世纪下半叶的开发建设,新疆城镇有了很大发展。但与内地发
达地区相比,新疆城镇体系规模还不完整、城镇之间发展不平衡、人口比
重失衡。新疆城镇体系的发展过程中,除了和全国各省区共有的特点外,
城市的发展还受到绿洲分布、民族聚居以及绿洲发展腹地大小的影响,这
些因素客观上提出了优化城镇体系的要求。
文章第一部分界定了城镇和城镇体系的概念,然后总结归纳国外、国内
及新疆城镇体系研究方法,分析了区域城镇体系的理论基础。第二部分回
顾了新疆城镇体系的形成、演变历史,对城镇发展的历史演变特征进行分
析评价。第三部分运用分形学原理分析新疆城镇体系等级结构特征,总结
了新疆绿洲城镇体系的职能结构和空间布局特征,运用综合评价法评价了
新疆主要城市的发展现状。第四部分对新疆城市职能和产业发展状况进行
了评价,新疆要想谋求发展,就应当重新构建城市职能体系和城市间的相
互分工协作,完善新疆金字塔形的城镇等级结构。对城市未来发展潜力进
行了评价,提出新疆应当充分发挥亚欧大陆桥的陆桥作用,积极发展外向
型经济,针对中亚市场发展新疆经济。第五部分提出了新疆城镇体系的建
设构想。最后提出新疆建立大城市的城市职能定位以及发展对策建议。
文章分析了新疆绿洲城镇发展的有利条件和不利因素,并在此基础上提
出了新时期构建适合新疆的城镇体系设想,对新疆城镇体系规划的研究有
一定的参考价值。

After the development and construction in the late half of 20th century,
Xinjiang has witnessed great changes in its local cities and towns. pared
with the developed regions in the east, Xinjiang urban is plete in scale,
unbalanced development between cities and towns, and the proportion of the
population imbalance. Except for mon characteristics to other
provinces in China, urban development process in Xinjiang has also been
impacted by oasis distribution, Minority settlements and the hinterland size for
development, these factors require objectively for optimization of its urban
system.
The first defines the concept of local city and towns system. And then
introducing research methods from China and abroad as well as the Xinjiang
urban system . The second part make the revision of formation and evolution
histroy of local city and towns , making analysis and the assessment of its
changing history. At the third part , analysises the grading structure of Xinjiang
cities and towns by using fractal theory. Making qualitative conclusion of
functions and structure and spatial layout features of the Xinjiang oasis towns
system. By using integrated evaluation the artical had evaluated the current
situation of the development in Xinjia
