摘要
噪声交易现象是伴随着资本市场的产生而出现的,但是由于长期占统治地位
的传统金融理论认为:理性套利机制将烫平价格的波动,并使非理性交易者(噪
声交易者)遭到挫败,最终在市场中消失。因此,很长一段时间,噪声交易者在
资产价格形成过程中的作用被认为是无足轻重的,可以忽略不计。随着上个世纪
80 年代信息经济学被主流经济学所接纳,以及行为金融学的崛起和发展,对资本
市场投资行为的研究步入了新的阶段。行为金融的非理性或有限理性假设,更加
符合噪声交易者现实的投资行为特征,因此金融噪声交易理论也就成为了行为金
融学的重要分支。
目前国内噪声交易的研究涉及相对较多的只是理论性的综述,以及沿用传统
理性假设下的信息经济学方法进行分析,而对我国个体投资者决策行为和心理特
征在噪声交易中的作用缺少比较系统性的研究和分析,对我国这样一个新兴证券
市场中,投资者非理性行为所引发的噪声交易及其运行的特殊规律缺乏系统性的
描述。
本文在引入行为金融有关投资者非理性行为和心理认知偏差理论的基础上,
运用行为金融学的基本假设和上述理论,详细的分析了噪声交易的非理性行为基
础,系统阐释了基于有限理性行为和认知偏差下,噪声交易的特性和存在机制。
在此基础上,对中国证券市场噪声交易现状、特点进行了诊断和实证性描述,确
定了证券价格是驱动我国证券市场噪声交易的最主要因素。在合理泡沫边界和不
考虑做空机制条件下,结合我国证券市场自身的特点,运用 DSSW 模型的结论和
Hirshleifer 的研究结果,对我国价格驱动型正反馈噪声交易机制进行了模型构建及
实证分析。得出了在该机制作用下,政策事件前的流言对噪声交易的影响显著、
庄家同中小投资者之间收益与风险不对等、证券市场效率降低的结论,并针对上
述问题,提出了比较系统的信息披露对策建议。

ABSTRACT
With the capital ing into being , the Noise Trade emerged.
However ,the traditional finance theory has been dominant for long time and set forth
that : the rational arbitrage will smooth the price fluctuation and frustrate the irrational
traders. Finally the irrational traders disappear in security noise
traders prehended to be not considerable and could be neglected in making an
asset price .In the 1980’s,since the information economics was admitted by the
mainstream economics school and the behavioral finance grown up and progressed,
economists’researches for the investment behavior reach a new phase in the capital
market. The irrationality and the finite rationality based on behavioral finance more
accord with the practical investment behavior of the noise trader, thereby the noise trade
theory has e a important ramification of the behavioral finance.
