基于逆向物流的白酒制造企业库存控制研究

摘要
进入二十世纪以来,世界经济的发展取得了巨大的进步,但经济的进步是以环
境的破坏为代价换来的,人们开始越来越重视环境的保护,各国也纷纷出台了环境
保护的法律政策,走可持续发展的道路。在这样的大背景下,迫使企业不仅在生产
产品的过程中要注意环境的保护,产品要达到绿色标准,而且对生命周期结束后产
品的处理也要尽量的环保。因此,越来越多的企业开始对自己所生产的产品进行回
收,由此逆向物流也越来越受到各界的重视。
本文以泸州老窖股份公司为目标研究企业,探讨了其产品在逆向物流中的库存
控制策略。文章首先介绍了本文研究的目的及意义,对论文的研究背景以及目前国
内外对此的研究现状进行了详细的说明,为本文的研究做好前期的铺垫。第二章详
细介绍了逆向物流以及库存控制的一些基础理论,为后文的研究提供理论支撑。第
三、四章则是论文的重点。第三章介绍了目标企业生产的产品特点,并详细说明了
目标企业逆向物流的流程及其特点,分析了其在逆向物流库存中存在的问题,后文
的模型就是针对这些问题来建立的。第四章根据上一章节提出的相关问题,对目标
企业逆向物流库存控制的流程进行一定的简化,通过一定的条件假设,建立了解决
问题的分析模型,并对分析模型优化求解,采用遗传算法对其进行近似求解。最后
一章主要就是对本文的总结以及后期研究的展望,对以后的研究方向提出自己的一
点建议,为后来的研究者提供一点参考的依据。

Abstract
Since the 20th century, the development of the world economy has made tremendous
progress. But with the cost of environmental damage in return. People began to pay more
and more attention to the environment protection. Countries also began to introduce some
polices of environment protection, to walk the path of sustainable development. In such a
contest, to force the enterprises not only pay attention to the environment protection in the
process of production, products should meet green standards. But also the dealing with the
products should be environment protection after the end of their life cycle. Therefore,
more and more enterprises begin to recycle the products that they produced. Thus the
Reverse Logistics get more and more attention by the public.
This paper is based on the Luzhou Co., Ltd. It mainly discusses the inventory control
strategy of pany’s products in the Reverse Logistics. First, the article describes the
purpose and significance of the study, states the research background and current status
both at home and abroad in detail, to pave the way ahead for the study. In the second
