基于约束理论的汽车制造企业逆向物流网络规划研究

摘要
人类环境问题日益加剧、资源日益稀缺,逆向物流日渐成为理论界和企业界关注的热
点。逆向物流的网络结构直接影响着逆向物流的运作效率,所以对于一个汽车制造企业来
说,如何合理地设计逆向物流网络,如何对企业逆向物流网络进行规划,具有重大的理论
意义和现实意义。然而我国目前对于逆向物流和回收网络的构建的研究还比较少,所建模
型有时不够合理,在一定程度上存在着局限性。
约束理论是一种基于系统和系统行为的管理方法。在近几年的理论和应用研究中,已
经广泛于制造业、服务业、供应链管理以及第三方物流管理企业中,但在逆向物流领域的
研究还很少。本论文在学习国内外相关文献并吸收他们的研究成果的基础之上,就基于约
束理论的汽车制造企业逆向物流网络规划问题进行了相关讨论。论文的主要内容如下:
首先,阐述了逆向物流的研究现状、概念、特征、运作流程以及约束理论思想基础和
衡量指标体系等相关内容;
然后,对汽车制造企业逆向物流网络结构进行了分类,描述了各自的特征,提出了汽
车制造企业逆向回收物流网络规划需要解决的问题以及设计原则;
其三,是本文的核心部分,将约束理论运用于汽车制造企业逆向物流网络规划问题中,
构建了逆向物流网络规划模型,应用遗传算法讨论了该模型的具体解法,然后对企业的逆
向物流网络规划问题进行了实证分析,根据所构建的模型确定了企业逆向物流网络中的各
种设施的数量、位置以及各条路径上物流量分配的最佳策略,在理论研究和实证分析的基
础上提出了企业逆向物流网络规划的建议;
最后,对论文的全文工作做了总结,指出了研究内容存在的不足,并对今后的研究工
作做了展望。

Abstract
Increasing the human environment, resources are ing scarce, reverse logistics theory
and the munity is ing the focus of attention. Reverse work
structure directly affect the operational efficiency of reverse logistics, so for a car manufacturer,
how the rational design of reverse work, how to reverse work planning,
is of great theoretical and practical significance. But the current reverse logistics of China and
recycling for the construction of work is still relatively small, the model is sometimes not
reasonable, to a certain extent, their limitations.
Theory of Constraints is based on behavior of the system and system management. In recent
years, theoretical and applied research, has been widely in manufacturing, services, supply
chain management and third-party logistics pany, but in reverse logistics, little
research in the field. This thesis related literature in learning and absorbing the results of their
research based on, for car manufacturers based on constraint theory of reverse work
planning business related issues discussed. The main contents are as
