摘要:线粒体功能分析已成为线粒体生理学基础研究最重要的方面。对线粒体功能合适的评
估是研究细胞能量学的本质。运动是一种病理生理刺激,可能对维持正常心肌线粒体功能稳
定及改善晚年、心衰心肌线粒体功能方面有重要作用。运动也可能会损伤心肌线粒体,导致
心肌线粒体功能下降。而运动训练的这些效应与运动强度、频率及持续时间密切相关。文章
综述了国内外关于不同运动对心肌线粒体功能的影响,为后继研究提供参考。

Abstract:
Analysis of mitochondrial function has e central to the basic research of
mitochondrial physiology. Proper assessment of mitochondrial function is essential for investigations
of cellular energetics. Exercise is a kind of pathophysiologic stimulation, which may play an important
role in maintaining the stability of normal myocardial mitochondrial function and improving

myocardial mitochondria function for the aged and heart may also damage the
myocardial mitochondria, resulting in a decline in myocardial mitochondrial function. And the effect of
exercise training is closely associated with exercise intensity, frequency and duration. This paper
reviewed the domestic and foreign literature about the effect of different exercise on myocardial
mit
