摘要:研究结核分枝杆菌转录调控因子 Rv2745c 与 RelMtb 在物理上的相互作用,及 Rv2745c
对 RelMtb 的功能调控作用。方法:细菌双杂交方法检测 Rv2745c 与 RelMtb 的相互作用,
并采用薄层层析的方法研究 Rv2745c 对 RelMtb 合成活性的影响。结果:细菌双杂交结果显
示转录调控因子 Rv2745c 与 RelMtb 存在较强的物理相互作用;薄层层析结果显示纯化的
RelMtb 蛋白具有很好的体外合成(p)ppGpp 的能力,并且 Rv2745c 能促进其合成活性。结论:
通过以上研究发现 Rv2745c 与 RelMtb 存在较强的物理和功能上的相互作用,为探索 RelMtb
的新型调控机制奠定了基础。。

Abstract: In this paper, the aim is to investigate the physical and functional interaction between
Rv2745c and RelMtb in Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Methods: Bacterial Two-Hybrid system was
used to the study on the physical interaction between Rv2745c and RelMtb. Thin-layer
chromatography was applied to detect the (p)ppGpp synthesis activity of RelMtb affected by
Rv2745c. Results: The results of Bacterial Two-Hybrid system showed the stronger physical
interaction between Rv2745c and RelMtb. Thin-layer chromatography demonstrated that
significantly increasing of (p)ppGpp synthesis activity of RelMtb affected by Rv2745c.
Conclusion: The physical and functional interaction between Rv2745c and RelMtb
