摘要:针对添加了 Y 和 Sr 元素的双辊连铸连轧(TRC)AZ31 镁合金板材的超塑性能进行了研究,采用了双辊
连铸连轧工艺制备出实验所需的 1mm 厚板材,并获得更加细小的等轴晶粒组织。AZ31 镁合金中添加的 Y 和
Sr 两种元素在基体内形成第二相,能有效的阻止晶粒长大。对板材进行了拉伸实验,通过光学显微镜和 SEM
对试样进行分析,通过对比,在温度为 400℃和应变速率 7×10-4s-1 条件下,添加了 Y 和 Sr 元素的 AZ31
板材其超塑性能比普通双辊连铸连轧 AZ31 板材有显著提高。

Abstract: Mechanical forming properties of the AZ31+Y+Sr magnesium alloy sheets produced by
twin-roll casting (TRC) and sequential hot rolling were studied. The 1mm sheets of AZ31+Y+Sr
magnesium alloys in the experiment were made by twin roll casting process, which exhibit finer
equiaxed grain structure. The addition of Y and Sr elements to the AZ31 magnesium alloy lead to
the formation of the second phase in the matrix, prevent grain growth effectively. At the same
