摘要:小麦白粉是引起小麦减产的主要病害之一,为了了解小麦 miRNA 在应答白粉病菌胁
迫过程中的生物学功能,本研究拟利用高通量的 microaray 技术,系统的对由于白粉病菌诱
导引起的小麦差异表达的 miRNA 进行检测;结果发现 14 个 miRNA 家族的 79 个 miRNAs
在小麦的叶片中表达,且有 8 个 miRNAs 在叶片中的表达受白粉病菌侵染影响。在这 8 个差
异表达 miRNA 中,有 6 个 miRNA 已经被报道,剩余 2 个是本研究新发现的差异表达 miRNA。

Identification and analysis of powdery mildew responsive
miRNAs in wheat

Abstract: Wheat powdery mildew, caused by Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici (Bgt), is one of the
most consistently damaging diseases mon wheat world-wide, and greatly affects crop
productivity. Recently, several plant microRNAs (miRNAs) have been reported as gene
expression regulators related to various adverse environments. However, up to now, less is known
on the roles of miRNAs in powdery mildew infection response of wheat. In this study, miRNA
expression patterns were investigated for identifying Bgt-responsive miRNAs in wheat leaves
using a plant miRNA microarray platform. A total of 79 miRNAs from 14 families were detected
in wheat leaves. Among those, 8 miRNAs were further validated to be involved in wheat powdery
mildew response, and 2 of them were found as Bgt-responsive miRNAs at the first time.
