论文题目:探讨乳腺癌患者术后焦虑、抑郁心理干预的临床效果

摘要
研究目的:了解乳腺癌患者术后焦虑、抑郁状况并分析其影响因素,并给予相应心理干预。
研究方法:选择被诊断为乳腺癌且进行乳腺癌根治术后患者65例,采用SAS和SDS量表对乳腺癌术后患者进行心理测评。
研究结果:乳腺癌术后患者的焦虑、抑郁状况明显高于国内常模,其发生与年龄、收入、临床分期、职业和受教育程度等有关。针对不同程度的心理问题,给予了相应的心理行为的个体化干预,取得了显著效果。
结论:乳腺癌术后患者存在较明显的焦虑和抑郁情绪,心理护理、鼓励家属支持等护理干预能有效减轻乳腺癌术后患者抑郁程度,促进患者康复。

ABSTRACT
Objective: to understand breast cancer patients anxiety and depression and to analyze the influencing factors, and appropriate psychological intervention.
Methods: choose to be diagnosed with breast cancer patients after radical operation for breast cancer and 65 patients with SAS and SDS scales on breast cancer patients for psychological assessment.
Results: Patients with breast cancer anxiety and depression were significantly higher than the national norm, its occurrence with age, e, clinical stage, occupation and level of education and so on. Different degrees of psychological problems, given the psychological behavior of the corresponding individual intervention, and achieved remarkable results.
Conclusion: The breast cancer patients with obvious anxiety and depression, psychological care, encourage family support, nursing intervention can effectively reduce breast cancer patients with depression, to promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
