摘要:制革废水中含有大量的钙离子,若不经处理直接排放到环境中,会对环境造成严重危害。制革过程产生的钙离子主要工序有浸水、脱毛、浸灰、脱灰、等工序。传统的测定钙的方法是用EDTA滴定进行的,但这种方法不能及时、准确地获取水质变化的动态数据,工作强度也很大。在此背景下,本文介绍了流动注射与分光光度法联用技术应用的一些工作,利用实验室自己研制的ZJ-1a金属元素自动分析仪对皮革废水中的钙离子进行了检测。根据偶氮氯膦Ⅲ(CPAⅢ)与钙的显色反应,在盐酸()缓冲介质中,CPAⅢ与钙离子反应生成蓝色稳定络合物的原理建立了流动注射-分光光度法分析皮革废水中钙离子的方法。通过优化,Ca2+浓度在0~50mg/L时的最佳分析条件:测定波长为605nm;%,;进样时间1min,分析时间2min;混合圈1m;进样环100µL;反应圈10m;,,,。~:~,,精密度RSD=%(10mg/L的样品,n=11);~,,精密度RSD=%(30mg/L的样品,n=11);~,,精密度RSD=%(40mg/L的样品,n=11)。。应用于皮革废水中的钙离子检测,%~%之间,具有良好的重线性和准确性。

Abstract: Tannery effluent contains a large number of calcium ions, which will do great harm to the environment without pretreatment to be discharged. The main processes that produce calcium are soaking, unhairing, liming and deliming. The traditional method to determination the calcium in water is using EDTA titrate the sample, but this method could not timely and accyratelty obtain the dynamic data of water quality. Under this background, this paper made some works on the application of FIA Spectrophotometry to determine the calcium ion in tannery effluent by ZJ-1a metallic element automatic analyzer, which was invented by our lab, could lead the root for automatic and continuous analysis. The method of FIA determination of calcium ion was established based on the reaction of CPAⅢ with calcium to form a plex in HCl solution at pH .
