摘要:基于 B/S 网络架构的电力通信网综合监视系统可以帮助用户对网络进行全面的实时监
视,提高运行维护的水平和工作效率。该系统的实现,首先要解决 B/S 架构下告警信息的实
时处理和推送需求,为此,本文提出了基于 h2 实时数据库和 ActiveMQ 消息总线机制的实时
系统设计方式,以及基于 flex 的实时展示的方案,经验证,解决了上述问题。

Abstract: The need for overall real time monitoring can be met through the multiple monitor system of
power works based on B/S architecture. The level of operating maintenance and
the efficiency of operations can also be improved. In order to meet the requirements of real time
processing and pushing for alarms, a method of designing the real time system with real time database
and ActiveMQ message bus is presented. Through the Flex to display the real time alarms, the
requirements of real time processing for power works monitor system is met.

0 引言
电力通信网是电网调度自动化、运营市场化和管理现代化的基础,是确保电网安全、稳
定、经济运行的重要手段,是电力系统的重要基础设施。由于电力通信网对通信的可靠性、
保护控制信息传送的快速性和准确性具有极其严格的要求,所以需要一套完善的网络管理系
