摘要:针对机车车轴手工检测可靠性低,传统单探头机械扫查检测效率较低及精度较差的现
状,研究相控阵超声成像检测的 SAFT 成像算法和 TFM 成像算法,并将这两种算法应用于
机车车轴缺陷检测中。设计车轴缺陷检测实验,观察结果并对比,SAFT 和 TFM 成像算法
均能得到较好成像结果,在精度及分辨率上 TFM 算法要明显优于 SAFT 算法。同时检测效
率也明显提高。研究成果为相控阵超声检测在车轴检测领域的应用提供了前期指导。

Ultrasonic Imaging Test for Axles Based on Phased Array

Abstract: For low reliability of manual otive axle testing, and poor detection efficiency and
accuracy of traditional single element transducer mechanical scanning, SAFT imaging algorithm
and TFM imaging algorithm in phased array ultrasonic imaging detection were researched. The
two algorithms were used in otive axle defect detection. Axle flaw detection experiments
were designed. Through observation parison, SAFT and TFM imaging algorithm can both
get better imaging results. On the accuracy and resolution TFM algorithm was much better than
SAFT algorithm. At the same time the detection efficiency was also improved. The research
results provide preliminary guidance for applications of phased array ultrasonic testing in the field
of detection axle.

0 引言
机车车轴在机车运行过程中受力复杂[1],一旦在行驶中发生失效现象,必将导致严重的
安全事故。因此对机车车轴的检测是保证机车安全运行的极其重要的一环[2] 。目
