摘要:网络是企业为了生存扩大生存空间而形成的一种组织形态,网络的扩张是核心企业根
据网络目标不断筛选备选企业加入到网络的过程。本文从备选企业的角度出发,使用动态博
弈的方法分析了备选企业是否应该同核心企业进行合作以及合作后可能面临的风险,通过博
弈分析发现核心企业可以通过提高自身声誉、优化分配机制和选择吸收能力强的伙伴来促进
合作达成,备选企业则可通过全面评估、提升学习吸收能力和保护核心知识等手段降低合作
风险。

Abstract: Network is anization formed by the enterprise in order to expand the living space.
According to work destination, the expansion of work is a process in which the core
enterprise selecting the alternative enterprises and adding to work. This essay is written
from the perspective of alternative enterprises, using dynamic game to analysis whether the
selected enterprises should be cooperation with the core enterprise as well as the risk after
cooperation. Through game analysis ,the writer found that core enterprise can improve their
reputation, optimize the allocation mechanismand select the absorption ability of partners to reach
the cooperation. Alternative enterprises should pletely, enhance learning and
absorption capacity and protect the core knowledge to reduce the risk of cooperation.
