摘要
当前,随着银行服务外包业务不断发展,ATM 托管服务已经逐步成为金融服务
中的重要组成部分,尤其对于离行式 ATM(远离其银行网点的 ATM),因地理位置
分布广,管理复杂,维护成本高,越来越多的银行将其外包给专业公司进行管理,
而将主要精力放在银行的核心业务(贷款,存款)上。为了实现规范化 ATM 托管服务
的作业流程,减少人工手工工作量,提供的分配任务模式及对任务执行实现全程监
控,设计开发了该 ATM 服务管理系统。
该管理系统主要为用户提供在 ATM 托管服务中的任务管理、安全监督、和数据
分析等功能。计划员主要运用任务管理实现对任务的自动化分配,资源的调整等。
清机人员主要用系统进行任务下载与结果汇报。管理人员主要运用监控对任务的执
行情况进行监控。数据分析功能主要对企业的基本营运数据进行加工整理,为管理
者提供图表化的运营状况数据,为企业的管理决策提供依据。
系统运用面向对象的方法和目前流行的 J2EE 技术进行设计和实现。提出了一种
基于 J2EE 技术架构的解决方案。该系统 Web 子系统采用了 B/S 的三层次架构,利
用 Struts、Spring 和 Hiberante 快速开发框架进行实现,PDA 客户端采用 GPRS 来与
PDA 通信模块建立 Tcp 连接以及报文收发。详细分析了 ATM 服务管理系统的 Web
子系统的表现层、业务逻辑层和数据数据访问层以及系统的 PDA 通信模块的设计。
最后给出了该管理系统的具体实现以及测试结构,并对未来的发展提出了思考方向。

Abstract
At present, with the continuous development of outsourcing business banking
services, ATM managed services has gradually e an important part in financial
services, especially for off-line-type ATM (away from its work of ATM), due to
wide geographical distribution, plexity, maintenance costs are high, more
and more banks to outsource to a professional pany, but to focus on the
bank's core business (loans, deposits) . In order to achieve standardization of ATM
managed services, processes, reduce manual manual workload, assign tasks to provide a
safe mode of management and the implementation of the mandate to achieve full control,
design and development of the ATM services intelligent management system.
The management system is mainly to provide managed services in the ATM task
management, security monitoring, and data analysis functions. Planners to realize the
main task using Task Manager to automate the allocation of resources, adjustment.
Technical staff use the system to download the task and report result. Management mainly
