摘要:为了了解沉水植物菹草(Potamogeton crispus)生长对钙参与水体磷循环的影响,
本文研究了菹草对 Ca2+的吸收、释放动力学特征。结果表明,菹草根对 Ca2+的吸收基本符
合 Michaelis-Menten 动力学模型;根室 Ca2+浓度为 10 mg/L 时,菹草对 Ca2+的吸收效果最
好。用 LB 法求解钙吸收动力学中 Vmax 和α值都是在 40min 处理时达到最大,且该方法求解
所得的动力学参数具有较好的拟合优度,这表明菹草从饥饿到 40min 内对钙具有较高的吸收
能力。菹草茎叶对钙释放过程可用一级动力学模型来描述;根室供钙浓度在 10 mg/L 以下时,
菹草茎叶释放钙的 k 值随根室钙浓度的增加而升高,当根室供钙浓度为 10 mg/L Ca2+时,
菹草茎叶泌钙能力最强,这间接说明在供钙水平较低时,菹草根对钙的吸收属于主动运输。

Abstract:
In order to study the effects of submerged macrophyte Potamogeton crispus on the
phosphorus cycle in water while calcium existing, the incubation experiment was carried for
studying calcium transfer ics of P. crispus. The results showed that when calcium
concentration of the solution was 10 mg/L in the root chamber, P. crispus had the best absorption
ability to the ion. The absorption vs. time basically followed the Michaelis-Menten model.
