摘要:本文用扫描电镜观察和微电极测定的方法研究了沉水植物菹草(Potamogeton
crispus)叶片钙沉淀及钙分泌特征。结果表明,菹草叶片表皮细胞上都有大量的晶体存在,
上表皮上晶体多于下表皮,且围绕着细胞壁四周分布;菹草下表皮上可能具有一些泌盐的腺
体,由于菹草叶片上表皮泌盐的腺体少,迁移到叶片的钙离子在这个部位集中,容易形成碳
2+ 2+
酶活的影响。

The characteristics of precipitation and excretion of calcium
on the leaf of submerged macrophyte Potamogeton crispus

Abstract: This paper studied the characteristics of precipitation and excretion of calcium on the leaf
of submerged plant Potamogeton crispus using microelectrode and scanning electron microscope
(SEM). The results show that there were a lot of crystals which exist on leaf epidermal cells of P.
crispus and their quantity on the upper epidermis was more than that on the lower epidermis. The lower
epidermis of P. crispus may have some salt secretion glands. Due to the upper epidermis have less salt
secretion glands, Ca2+ migrated to the upper epidermal and then concentrated in this location to form
precipitate of CaCO3, even co-precipitate of CaCO3-P easily. And Ca2+ excretion by the leaf was not
affected by Ca2+-A
