摘要:硼铁矿是我国最重要的硼资源之一,但该矿结构、成分复杂,综合利用难度大,至今
未实现合理的综合利用开发。硼铁矿经选矿完成硼铁的第一级分离后,含硼铁精矿中的硼约
占原矿硼总量的 25%~30%,含硼铁精矿的硼、铁的有效分离是硼铁矿综合利用的重要环节。
研究表明,含硼铁精矿采用选择性还原-熔化分离方法可实现硼、铁的有效分离,可获得含
硼 22%、B2O3 活性>85%的富硼渣以及含硼量可以控制的“半钢”或“含硼生铁”。研究
提出的含硼铁精矿选择性还原-熔化分离工艺在技术和经济方面均是可行的,为硼铁矿资源
清洁高效综合利用提供了新途径。

Abstract: Paigeite is one of the most important boron resources in our country. It has not realized
prehensive utilization and reasonable development, owing to plex structure and
composition. Boronic iron concentrate is the first level product obtained from paigeite by dressing.
The boron content accounts about 25% ~ 30% boron content of paigeite. Thus, the effective
separation of iron and boron from boronic iron concentrate is an important part of the
comprehensive utilization of paigeite. The research shows that the iron and boron can be separated
effectively by selective reduction–melting separation. The boron rich slag containing 22% content
B2O3, the activity > 22%, can be acquired, also the half steel or boron-bearing hot
