摘要:本文主要对硼铁矿气基竖炉直接还原-电炉熔分新工艺进行了实验研究,并进行了可
行性分析。含硼铁精矿是良好的造球原料,含硼铁精矿氧化球团有较好的还原性能,可以满
足气基竖炉的要求。在高温下电热熔化 DRI 后硼和铁可以高效分离,富硼渣中 B2O3 的含
量在 21%以上,活性可达 89%左右,是“一步法”生产硼酸的优良原料。新工艺可以实现硼铁
高效分离和清洁利用,在技术、经济和环保方面均是可行的。

Abstract: In this paper, the experimental study on the new process of paigeite gas-based shaft furnace
direct reduction-electric furnace smelting separation is carried out, and its feasibility is accordingly
analyzed. Boron-bearing iron concentrate is good raw material for pelletizing process, boron-bearing
iron ore pellets has good reduction performance, which can meet the requirements of gas-based shaft
furnace process. The boron and ferrum in DRI can be separated effectively in high temperature. The
mass fraction of B2O3 in slag is above 21%, and the activity of B2O3 can reaches higher than 89%,
which is good raw material for one-step boric acid production. The new process can achieve the
purpose of efficient and clean utilization of paigeite resources, and the technical, economic
