摘要:针对极软岩巷道收敛变形速度快造成的钢管混凝土支架内凹失稳破坏的问题,本文提
出了极软岩巷道早强型钢管混凝土支架支护技术方案。为此,实验优化早强混凝土的配合比,
得出了矿用 C50 泵送早强混凝土配比方案。实验结果表明:混凝土拌合物初始坍落度大于
220mm,不离析、不泌水,缓凝 3h 以上,12h 抗压强度 以上,3d 抗压强度
以上,能够满足混凝土的泵送要求和混凝土硬化速度要求。同时,通过力学计算,对比分析
早强型钢管混凝土支架支护方案和普通钢管混凝土支架支护方案的承载力情况,前者在极软
岩巷道支护的前期具有明显的承载力优势。

Abstract: Aimed to the instability and failure of concave for concrete-filled steel tubular
support(CFST support) caused by the high rate deformation of extremely soft rock roadway, this
paper proposed a new support scheme of early strength CFST support for extremely soft rock
roadway. For this purpose, the early strength concrete experiments were performed to optimize the
mix proportion of early strength concrete. A new mix proportion of concrete was obtained. The
