摘要:基于社会交易理论,本文从资源依赖、信任、转移绩效三个维度分析了联盟企业在知
识转移过程中的影响因素。研究表明,对于知识资源的相互依赖是联盟企业进行知识转移的
动因所在,伙伴间的感性信任是进行知识转移的必要保障,而对转移绩效的满意程度是决定
知识转移是否稳定的关键因素。联盟企业应以互惠为原则,建立较高的感性信任,并不断提
高自身知识资源对合作伙伴的吸引力,从而提高知识转移的效率及成功率。

The Mechanism of Knowledge Transfer between Strategic
Alliance enterprises: A Social Exchange View

Abstract: The main intention of this article is to study the mechanism of knowledge transfer
between the strategic bined with its characteristics of social exchange. From the
research we can see that, the Interdependence of the knowledge resource is one of the most
important motivations during knowledge transfer. Meanwhile, The affective trust between partners
is necessary for the knowledge transfer progress. In addition, it is the key factor for the stablity of
knowledge transfer whether the transfer performance is satisfactory. Therefore, The alliance
should be mutual beneficia,full of trust and attractive, so as to improve the efficiency of
knowledge transfer.

0 引言
在动态变化的环境中,知识成为企业获取竞争优势的关键资源。越来越
