摘要:S100A6(S100 calcium binding proteinA6)为钙结合蛋白,是 S100 蛋白家族一员,参
与细胞周期调控、细胞骨架重排和肿瘤增殖与转移等诸多生物学过程。本研究克隆了猪
S100A6 基因的全长 cDNA 和基因组序列。通过染色体步移技术克隆猪 S100A6 基因的启动
子区域,并使用荧光素酶报告系统确认其核心启动子。半定量 RT-PCR 显示猪 S100A6 基因
在肾脏和脂肪中高表达。Poly(I:C)可诱导猪 S100A6 基因在 PK-15 细胞中表达。Q-PCR
结果显示在 PRRSV 感染后的多个组织器官及肺泡巨噬细胞中 S100A6 基因呈不同程度的上
调表达。研究结果为进一步探讨猪 S100A6 基因功能提供了基础。

Abstract: S100A6 is a member of the S100 protein family, which contain two EF-hand motifs to
bind Ca2+ or interact with other proteins. S100A6 has been found implicated in many cellular
process, such as cell migration, cell apoptosis, inflammation, and cancer. In the present study, we
cloned the cDNA and genome sequences of the porcine S100A6 gene. Then, we cloned the
promoter region of the porcine S100A6 gene using a chromosome walking technique, and
confirmed its promoter activity using luciferase reporter assays. Transien
