中小企业是最有富活力的经济群体,是我国经济和社会发展的重要力量。中小企业在
发展地方经济、增加收入、提高就业率等方面发挥着重要的作用。众所周知,一个企业越
发展就越需要资金,越需要资金就会越发展,所以企业的资金需求是持续不断的,企业会
时常存在资金短缺问题,而企业资金不足就必须要进行融资。目前,中小企业普遍面临着
融资难的问题,探讨这一问题不仅有利于理论研究的深化,还能为中小企业融资提供有效
的融资模式,具有很重要的现实意义。
集群不仅仅是中小企业的简单聚合,还形成大量相互联系的中小企业有机体,形成对
经济景气状况变化具有弹性的经济体系。所以,通过集群融资模式来有效解决中小企业融
资难问题,最终促进中小企业的发展。而集群融资模式中包括多种不同的融资模式,有些
模式在西方国家已经普遍使用,通过借鉴国内外集群融资模式,探求出适合我国中小企业
融资和发展的有效模式——集群联保融资模式。
近年来,云南中小企业发展较快,又具有产业集群的优势,选择适合云南省中小企业
发展的集群融资模式,不仅可以解决云南中小企业融资难问题,还能促进云南地区的经济
发展,同时带动我国西部地区的经济发展。本文主要通过分析中小企业融资、中小企业集
群融资问题,以中小企业集群联保融资模式为基础来寻找适合云南中小企业融资的有效模
式。通过结合云南产业集群的优势以及对各种集群融资模式进行比较分析,最后综合各种
集群融资模式的优点和弥补传统集群融资模式的不足,总结出适合云南中小企业发展的集
群融资创新模式。

Abstract
SMEs are the most dynamic economic groups, economic and social development in China
a major force. SMEs in the development of local economy, increasing e, raising the
employment rate has played an important role. As we all know, the more pany needs more
development funds, more funds will need to park development, so the funding needs of
enterprises is continuing, the enterprise will always present shortage of funds, and lack of funds
to enterprises must be carried out financing. At present, SMEs generally face the problem of
