摘要:在我国国民经济发展的过程中,民营企业已经成为了这发展过程中的一个强有力的助推器和新一大亮点。在时代不断发展的过程中,全球市场的竞争愈演愈烈,在这样的大背景下,民营企业的生存与发展开始需要发展一段深刻的改革。而家族企业作为民营企业的主要形态之一,也是中国现阶段普遍存在的一种企业类型,它的发展改革也是当前国民经济的重点关注之一。家族式管理模式有较强的优势存在,同时也出现了诸多的弊端,这样的现状很有可能给家族企业的发展带来很大的不利,所以更需要进一步的研究探索,寻找更能适应当今社会发展的管理体制,避免在经济改革的大潮中被淘汰。

The problem and solutions of the Private enterprise Family management
Abstract:In the process of the development of our national economy, private enterprise has e a development process which a powerful boosters and a new highlight. In the era of the continuous process of development, petition in the global market, in this context, the survival and development of private enterprises need to start developing some profound reforms. The family business as one of the main forms of private enterprise, focusing on one type of business is also concerned about China's current stage of a widespread, it is also the current national economic development and reform. Family management model has the advantage of a strong presence, there has also been a lot of drawbacks, such as the status quo is likely to bring a great disadvantage to the development of the family business, so the need for further research to find better adapt to today management system and social develop
