高校教师教学水平评价系统的设计与实现

摘要
在我评价是教学管理的重要环节,也是学校不断提高
教师教学质量的重要保证。针对高等学校教学水平评价存在的问题和不足,本文运用综
合评价的理论和方法,首先使用定性分析和专家咨询相结合的方法,制定高等学校教师
教学水平评价指标体系,然后使用层次分析法确定各指标权重系数;最后使用模糊综合
评价方法,建立教师教学水平全方位、多层次评价系统。并开发了基于 Browser/Server
结构的学生评教系统。该系统重视评价者与被评价者的沟通,以促进教师发展为目的。
通过案例分析,证明该系统结论对于教师评价具有较高的参考价值。

Abstract
In our universities, the teaching level evaluation is not only an important part of
teaching management, but also an important guarantee of improving the quality of teachers
continuously. Aiming at the evaluation of teaching for the problems and deficiencies in
universities, prehensive evaluation of the theory and method. First, We use
qualitative analysis and expert bining to establish evaluation index of university
teachers' teaching system; and then use hierarchical determined by analytic index weight
coefficient; finally use prehensive evaluation method to establish the level of
all-round teaching and multi-level evaluation system. We developed students' evaluation
system based on Browser / Server's structure. This system focuses on munication
between evaluators and evaluatees, and for the purpose of promoting teacher's development.
By case study, the findings show that the system for teachers' evaluation has high
reference value.

研究背景及意义
在上世纪三、四十年代,随着教育测验遭到谴责,教育评价问题就被提到日程上
来了。但是,由于当时教育评价的关注点主要是放到了学生的评价上,对教学质量的
提高、学校的发展没有起到很大的促进作用。随之就有研究者开始考虑对教师的教学
进行有效的评价研究,以便于更好地促进教育事业的发展。
学校的教学质量以及声誉对于招生和就业都有着直接的关系。近年来,随着高校
建设迅猛发展、办学条件不断提高、学科建设日益完善、专业以及招生规模不断的扩
大,学校领导和管理者深刻意识到,学校的声誉主要依赖于其教育质量,教师教学管
理无疑是其中的核心工作。教育的全面发展本身就是要使学生、教师、学校共同发展,
学生的个性发展,教师的专业发展,学校的特色发展是三位一体的[1]。从某种程度上
讲,它直接影响到学校的发展战略,是关系到学校发展的关键工作。随着学校规模的
不断扩大,管理技术水平的不断提高以及计算机网络技术的日益普及和校园网的不断
