摘要
三十年前,借改革开放之东风,保定市民营企业开始了自己的发展征程。
民营企业的发展过程同时也是企业家个人奋斗的过程,家长制管理模式在创业
的过程中发挥了重要作用,抓机会、抢市场、定战略,无不显示着家长制管理
的灵活、高效性。时至今日,保定市民营企业取得了辉煌的成就。然而,伴随
着民营企业的逐渐成熟,创始企业家也在逐渐走向衰老,加之外部环境日新月
异,市场经济日趋成熟,民营企业的传承问题成为越来越受人们关注的焦点。
因此,探讨保定市民营企业管理模式的转型在当今形式下具有十分重要的意义。
本文按照“提出问题——分析问题——解决问题”的经典路径进行构思,
首先通过现状分析指出保定市民营企业在现阶段发展中遇到的困境;然后通过
对转型的可行性分析,指出造成困境的原因在于创业时期的模式选择及以后对
其形成的路径依赖,并指出转型的关键在于管理模式的创新;接着文章在主体
部分规划了保定市民营企业未来的转型路径,包括“从机会型企业向管理型企
业的转变”和“从管理型企业向管理创新型企业的转变”两个阶段;最后文章
分析了如何优化保定市民营企业转型的外部政策环境,从政府的角度为民营企
业的发展提供政策支撑。
Abstract
Thirty years ago, with the help of the reform and open policy, the private
enterprise of Baoding city began to develop very fast. The process of the development
of the private enterprise is also the process of entrepreneurs’ personal struggles, in
which the hegemony management mode plays an important role, grasp opportunities,
seizes the market, and set the market strategy, all of them show that the hegemony
management mode is flexible and high efficiency. So far, the private enterprises of
Baoding city have made brilliant achievement. However, with private enterprises
being gradually mature, native entrepreneurs are also gradually aging. Besides,
external environment changes very fast, and the market economy is ing mature,
people are paying more and more attention on private enterprises’ inheritance
problems. Therefore, there is great significance to discuss the transformation of
private enterprise management mode.
This paper obeys classic path which is "questions-analysis problem-problem
solving". Firstly, through the analysis of the private enterprise, the article points out
problems of current development; Secondly, with feasibility analysis, the article
points out that the cause of the trouble is the model selection and insisting it later. It
also points out that the key of resolving it is the innovation of management model;
