摘要
随着南京申办青奥成功,国际化趋势日益增强,必将成为众多外资银行、保
险、证券、基金等国内外金融机构总部或地区总部选址的目标区域,这就为南京
大力发展以金融保险业为核心的现代服务业,并发展成区域金融中心创造了千载
难逢的历史机遇。在这种态势下,南京应该选择一条什么样的路径来实现建设区
域金融中心的目标?南京建设区域金融中心有什么优势和约束条件?本文从城
市总部经济发展能力的研究视角试图回答上述问题,这也是本文选题的目的所
在。
本文的研究主要分为四个部分:
1、阐述了金融集聚(区域金融中心)的相关概念与相关理论综述,初步探
讨了区域金融中心与区域经济增长的关系,并总结了国内外对金融集聚(区域金
融中心)竞争力的评价指标体系。
2、阐述了总部经济的相关概念与理论综述,初步探讨了城市总部经济发展
能力与金融集聚(区域金融中心)的关系,同时总结了国内外对总部经济发展能
力的评价指标体系。
3、对城市总部经济发展能力与金融集聚程度分别作实证分析。首先在波特
的钻石模型基础上,构建了城市总部经济发展能力的指标评价体系,然后,采用
主成分分析、回归分析、聚类分析等数量经济方法,对城市总部经济发展能力进
行实证分析,提取了现代服务业与高新技术产业耦合、经济实力及区域辐射能力、
基础设施及人才资源要素供给三个主因子。另外,本文对城市总部经济发展能力
与金融集聚程度进行线性回归,提出了城市总部经济发展能力与金融集聚过程动
态协调的“汽车模型”。
4、根据南京的总部经济发展现状,对南京发展成为区域性金融中心进行策
略性研究。分析了南京构建区域金融中心的约束条件,结合本文的实证研究,阐
述了南京成为区域性金融中心的可行性,并进一步提出促进南京加快形成区域金
融中心的战略举措。
通过这些研究,揭示了影响我国城市总部经济发展能力的关键因素,以及城
市总部经济发展能力与金融集聚程度的关联性,并对南京构建区域金融中心提出
战略性对策。

ABSTRACT
With the ess of bidding for holding 2014 Youth Olympic Games and the
trend of the integration of world economy and financialization of economy
increasingly boosting up, Nanjing will e the target district for locating the
headquarters or the regional offices of international foreign banks, insurance
corporations, securities corporations, and funds corporations. In this background, how
to promoting Nanjing regional financial center’s construction, and which path of the
development should be choose? The paper try to find the answer through evaluating
the headquarter-economic development capability, and this is just the purpose of the
paper.
This study is divided into four parts:
In the first part, the paper introduces the financial cluster (Regional Financial
Center) of the relevant economic concepts and theoretical overviews, preliminarily
discusses the relationship between the financial cluster and the regional economic
development, and summarizes
