新课程背景下西部地区小学教师合作文化研究

摘要
合作文化是群体内成员在共同目标指引下,以促成成员共同进步、共同发展的关系形态。
这种文化存在方式是一种规范成员行为的观念存在,渗透在成员的思想态度、价值体系以及行
为模式中,表现为群体成员具有共同的价值观、信仰,在共同的行为过程中相互信赖、互相促
进,最终共享成果。
新课程改革强调合作的理念,这一理念不光是针对学生而言,对于教师文化发展同样适用。
传统的教师文化主要表现为孤立、封闭保守、相互排斥和避免沟通,因此传统的教师文化是一
种个人主义文化。新课程对教师文化提出了新的要求,它呼唤平等、开放的教师合作文化。教
师合作文化有利于教师的专业成长以及教师个人价值的更好实现,有利于学生学业水平的提高
及合作精神的培养,有利于学校校园文化的建设,使学校更加具有生命力。
本研究通过对甘肃、宁夏、四川、云南等西部省份小学教师的调查,了解新课程背景下西
部地区小学教师合作文化的现状,分析总结西部地区小学教师合作文化存在的问题及产生问题
的原因,最后针对问题和原因尝试提出一些促进西部地区小学教师合作文化生成和发展的策略,
主要包括三个方面:第一,营造开放、民主、共享的校园文化,促进西部地区小学教师合作文
化的生成;第二,建立合作的制度体系,保证西部地区小学教师合作文化稳定长效发展;第三,
关注西部地区小学教师合作的需要,提高他们的合作积极性。

Abstract
Cooperative culture is formed by a group members directed under the same goal with the
purpose to promote group members to make progressions and to develop together. Such cultural
existence can standardize members behaviors, for it rates into their mind, value system and
behavior mode. It can demonstrates that group members have the same believes and value systems.
They can depend on and encourage each other so that they can enjoy the same achievement.
New curriculum reform emphasizes cooperation, which does not only take students into
consideration, but also serves the development of teacher culture. Traditional teacher culture is
characterized by isolation, closeness and conservatism, mutual exclusion, and avoidance of
communication, namely, individualistic teacher culture. New requirements to teacher culture have
been raised by new curriculum, which calls for equal, open, and cooperative teacher culture.
Cooperative teacher culture benefits teachers’ fast development and better achievement of their
individual values, helps improve students’ academic level and cultivate their cooperation spirit, and
favors campus culture to create live schools.
