西部民族地区农村幼儿教师专业发展问题研究--以宁夏为例

摘要

随着农村幼儿教育越来越受到社会的广泛重视,幼儿教师作为决定教育质量的关键因素,其
专业发展程度也得到了相应的关注。由于西部民族地区农村经济文化落后,缺乏严格的入口关,
幼儿教师整体专业素质偏低。因此,对西部民族地区农村幼儿教师专业发展的关注具有重要的理
论意义和现实意义。
本研究采用文献法、调查法、非参与式教学活动观察等方法,以宁夏固原、吴忠农村地区为
调查重点,从教师的基本情况、教师专业素质现状及教师培训现状及需求三个方面对农村幼儿教
师专业发展现状进行了考察,并找出了问题所在,在分析原因的基础上,提出了促进西部民族地
区农村幼儿教师专业发展的构想。
调查发现,西部民族地区农村幼儿教师存在以下问题:年纪轻、教龄短、专业师资严重缺乏;
专业化程度不高,专业素质有待提高;培训流于形式、缺乏实效;缺少对专业发展的自我规划等
问题。
针对以上存在的问题,在分析原因的基础上,从宏观、中观及微观层面提出了以下构想。从
宏观层面机制上来看,加大对农村幼教的管理;增加培训机会,改进培训方式和内容,根据幼儿
教师专业发展阶段需要提供有针对性的培训;借鉴美国教师专业发展学校的经验,促进大学与农
村幼儿园之间的密切合作。从中观层面上来看,改善幼儿园管理,促进幼儿教师专业发展;开展
行动研究;充分发挥园本培训的作用;开发少数民族园本课程。从微观层面上来看,增强教师自
我专业发展的意识,提高专业自主发展的能力;鼓励教师参加学前教育专业学历教育;增强教师
教学反思效果。

Abstract

With the increasingly widely concern of preschool education, kindergarteners ’professional
development levels get appropriate attention as the key factor of education quality. As the rural
economic and cultural backwardness in western ethnic areas and lack of the strict entry, the
kindergarteners’ s professional qualities is low. A research to the present conditions of kindergarteners’
professional development in western ethnic areas’s country area has great theoretical and practical
singnificance .
We take the city of Guyuan ,Wuzhong as examples for this research papers, and the following
e from which. The main methods in the study are questionnaire, interview and
observation. We made an investigation on the present conditions of kindergarteners’s professional
development, the problems of existing and its reasons. The main contents included in the study are as
follows: the basic conditions of teachers, teachers’ professional quality and expectation and their
professional development. On the ground, appropriate suggestions and measures have been proposed.
