网络组织绩效风险的机理与演化研究

摘要
随着经济的发展与社会的进步,合作、协同等非对抗性的管理实践日益成
为经济生活的主流。因此不同形式的以合作为主要内涵的网络组织型组织迅速
崛起,也引起理论界和实业界的高度关注。然而,网络组织在给各成员企业带
来巨大利益的同时,也存在不同形式的风险,绩效风险是其中一种特殊的且合
作各方尤其重视的风险形式。那么,绩效风险是如何形成与演化的,需要采取
什么样的措施方能有效控制,则是本文研究的主要内容。
本文利用文献分析和逻辑推演的方法,对网络组织、绩效风险的概念进行
界定,并分析了网络组织绩效风险生成的各项因素,以及不同类型的网络组织
绩效风险生成机理的区别;运用调查问卷的方法对绩效风险的演化动因进行分
析,并探讨了四种主要演化动因的强弱;结合相关理论对网络组织绩效风险的
阶段性特征以及演化路径进行初步探索。
本文主要结论如下:网络组织绩效风险的生成机理除基于环境的外生因素
外,主要影响因素是基于网络的内生因素,即关系因素、技术因素和组织因素;
绩效风险的演化是该组织的战略目标、经营能力、成长能力和信任程度方面
要素影响的结果,且影响程度不同。并且根据网络组织发展的不同阶段,绩效
风险的演化呈现不同的特点,演化路径分为良性和恶性两种;绩效风险的控制
措施包括:选择合作伙伴、树立共同利益目标、提高组织创新能力,以及制定
具体的机制等。
本文的研究结论,有助于合作各方识别绩效风险的成因与机理,演化路径
的分析也能给网络组织的研究拓展新的视角,控制措施的实施可有效降低网络
组织的绩效风险,从而保证网络组织平稳有效运行。研究结论对于控制网络组
织的其他风险也有积极的借鉴意义。

Abstract
Being along with the economic development and the social progress, non-confrontational
management practice as cooperation and coordination increasingly ing the
mainstream of economic ,as the main content rapid,different forms work
organization with cooperation are rising and it has e the focus of debate theory and industrial
circles, it also calls the theory and industrial circles' attention a lot. However, anization
not only gives every panies enormous interests, but also exists different forms of risks.
Performance risk is one of the forms of rist which is special and all cooperation has paid more
attention to. So, how does the performance risk formate and measures can be
effectively used to control are the main content of this study.
This paper,based on analysis of literature and logical deduction methods, work
organization and performance risk,analyses the various factors of performance risk generated in
anization and distinctes formation mechanism of performance risk in different types of
