摘要

一些经济学家断言世纪国际经济竞争的基本单位不是企业也不是国
家而是城市群城市群之间的分工合作和竞争将决定未来世界经济政治的
格局城市群在经济上可以取得互补效应社会上可加速消除二元结构生态上
可缓解城市的热岛效应文化上便于多样性的充分交融从而有利于打造中国城
市化建设中的主力与区域经济增长的航母因此研究城市群经济并把它作
为区域经济发展模式的一种无疑给我国区域经济发展提供了一种思路和启示
关于城市群问题许多专家学者都做了大量的研究尤其是国外的专家在
很早以前就提出了有关大城市群大城市圈城市带大都市连绵区的概念而
且无论在理论上还是在实践上都做了较成熟的探索但是这些研究多是围绕城
市化问题展开的对城市群的概念发展状况发展前景等作了较为详细的介绍
本文在许多专家学者研究成果的基础上把城市群与区域经济的发展联系在一
起旨在探讨加速城市化的同时如何通过城市群形成促进我国区域经济乃至全
国经济的大发展
论文首先阐述了城市群与区域经济发展的关系其次介绍了国外大城市群战
略的实施对区域经济发展的影响以及目前我国城市群发展的现状最后针对我国
城市群发展中的问题进行分析并提出了促进我国城市群发展的政策建议

Abstract

Some economists assert that the basic unit of international petition is
not an enterprise or a country in 21st century, but megalopolis. The division of labour,
cooperation petition between megalopolises will determine the pattern of the
international economy and politics in the future. Megalopolis may plementary
effect on economy, accelerate to eliminate binary structure with higher speed on society,
alleviate tropical island effect of city on ecology and benefit the blending of variety on
culture, and it is helpful to make " aircraft carrier "for China's urbanization construction
and regional economic growth ability. So, studying megalopolis and regarding it as one
of the development model of regional economy, can provide a kind of enlightenment for
regional economic development of our country.
There are many experts and scholars have made plenty of researches on
megalopolis. Especially the foreign experts have put forward the concept concerning
megalopolis, metropolitan area, metropolis continuous district, and so on. They have
made mature exploration no matter in theory or in practice. But these researches are
around of urbanization problem, and have made relatively detailed introduction to
concept, development condition and development prospect of megalopolis. This thesis
