宁夏主要鲜活农产品市场风险防范研究

摘要
风险是指人们对未来行为的决策及客观条件的不确定性而导致经济损失的可能性。近年来,
随着现代农业技术的广泛应用,农业的自然风险在逐步减小。然而,由于我国小农经济格局尚
未打破,农户的分散生产和大市场不能完全实现对接,农产品的市场风险呈现出逐步增大之势,
尤其是鲜活农产品。
本文在参考国内外学者对市场风险研究的基础上结合宁夏实际,运用文献调查法、规范与
实证分析方法、一般统计分析方法、比较分析方法等探索了宁夏主要鲜活农产品存在的市场风
险,并提出了具体的防范措施。开篇介绍了研究宁夏主要鲜活农产品市场风险防范的意义和背
景,指出研究农产品市场风险是搞好宁夏主要鲜活农产品市场风险管理的需要,也是稳定农民
收入的客观要求。并在此基础上对农产品市场风险和鲜活农产品市场风险的概念进行了比较,
界定了宁夏主要鲜活农产品研究的范围,并详细论述了鲜活农产品市场风险的特点、表现形式
及形成原因。然后,运用统计分析的方法和蛛网动态模型,对宁夏主要鲜活农产品面临的市场
风险进行了量化分析,指出了市场风险是现阶段宁夏农产品面临的重要风险,尤其是以果蔬为
代表的鲜活农产品。最后,提出了降低宁夏鲜活农产品市场风险的途径:农超对接。并具体阐
述了农超对接的含义、产生的背景、主要政策、典型模式、作用以及宁夏实施农超对接活动的
推进路径,提出了宁夏实施农超对接活动的政策措施等。

Abstract
Risk refers to possibilities caused by some uncertainties of future behavior of decision-making
and objective conditions. In recent years, with the application of modern agriculture, agricultural
natural risk in reduced gradually. However, as the small-scale peasant economy is not broken, the
pattern of peasant scattered production and market cannot fully realized. Agricultural market risk dock
witnessed a gradual increase situation, especially in fresh agricultural products.
Based on some references about research on market risks bined real market situation in
Ningxia, this paper made a attempt explore about Ningxia agricultural market risks by the methods of
literature investigation and the general statistical analysis method and parative analysis. The
beginning study is introduced about Ningxia agricultural market risk of meaning and background, the
research on main fresh agricultural market risk can be helpful to Ningxia agricultural market risk
management, which is also the need of stable e of farmers objective requirements. And on this
basis of agricultural products market risk concept is defined, and expounds the characteristics of main
fresh agricultural product market
