投资、消费对我国经济拉动作用的实证分析

摘要
投资、消费是拉动经济的两大因素,本文从需求角度出发,计算出二者对经
济的拉动力的大小,得出近年来投资拉动经济的力度呈现扩张趋势,而消费拉动
经济的力度呈现收缩趋势;然后利用时间序列模型对近年来我国的投资、消费与
之间的关系进行了分析,得出投资具有粗放性、对经济的影响呈短期性的特点,
消费对经济的拉动作用呈正向长期性的特点;而近几年我国的投资率居高不下,
消费率则呈逐年下降态势。因此从长远来说,我国的经济应该靠消费去推动,国
家在制定宏观经济政策时应该向消费倾斜,有效运用投资,扩大消费需求,从而
使我国经济走上持续的良性发展道路。

Investment and consumption are two major factors on economy growth.
The article calculates and analyses the influence extent based on the
demand. It brings that the trend of economy promotion from investment is
expanding. On the other hand, the trend of economy promotion from
consumption is deflating in recent years. Further the paper analyses the
relationship between investment consumption and general output by time
series model. We find the influence from investment is rough and temporary
and the influence from consumption is positive and permanent. While the
investment rate keeps the high level in recent years. The consumption rate
trend is descendent year by year. So the consumption factor should be
mainly considered for macro-economy policy. The effective investment and
extended consumption demand shall be adopted in order that the economy
of China shall be persistent and healthy development.
