我国商业连锁上市公司融资结构优化研究

摘要

2005 年,我国全面开放商品零售业市场。面对外国企业的大举进入和
国内企业的激烈竞争,作为行业主体的商业连锁上市公司机遇和挑战并
存。如何制定合理的融资战略,为公司发展提供安全有效的资金保障,成
为各企业财务管理的重要问题之一。
企业融资的核心是融资结构的选择。最优融资结构是实现企业价值最
大化的重要条件之一。那么商业连锁上市公司最优融资结构是什么?现在
商业连锁上市公司的融资结构是否达到最优?影响企业融资结构选择的
因素有哪些?如何使这些公司实现最优结构?本文将对这些问题进行深
入探讨。
本文首先介绍了企业融资结构理论,为研究商业连锁上市公司寻找理
论基础和有益启示。接下来,本文从财务角度对商业连锁上市公司融资结
构的现状进行了多方面的分析,以探寻我国商业连锁上市公司的融资结构
特征。第三部分,本文根据企业价值最大时的融资结构为最佳结构的理论,
利用实证分析法,计算出当前经济条件下,我 %。最后,对影响其资产负债率的主要因素进行定量分
析,从外部和内部两方面找原因,为企业实现最优结构提出建议和对策。
笔者认为,政府应该制定合理的经济政策,保证经济的平稳发展和资本市
场的进一步完善;银行应该完善企业贷款制度,既保证银行的贷款安全,
又有利于企业贷款的合理配置;企业应该提高自身的融资能力和经营管理
水平,根据企业的经营需要,选择合适的融资方式,适度融资。

Abstract
The market of retail industry was pletely in 2005. With
foreign ing in and peting for,
the listed chained panies, which are the main part of retail
industry, face challenges as while as opportunities. It is one of
important problems in financial management that how to set up a
good capital strategy in order to provide safe and beneficial fund for
companies.
The key of capital management is the choice of capital structure.
What’s the best capital structure for the listed chained retail
companies? Have panies reached the best structure?
What do have effect on the choice of capital structure? How to
realize the best capital structure? We will study the problems in this
paper.
The first chapter of the paper is an introduction of literature. The
theories provide us a basis for our study. Next, we analyzed the
present situation of these panies from financial point of
views, and found the capital structure of panies deviated
from the best structure. The third chapter, pany has the best
capital structure if it reaches the maximum value. According to
