技术流动与经济增长的关联模型及其实证研究

摘要
技术流动需要动力。技术只有在流动源与流动汇之间的场引力大于场阻
力的条件下才能发生流动;在假设只存在两个地区的条件下,技术落后地区
会通过模仿技术先进地区的创新产品以提高其自身的技术水平,长期中,两
地区劳动力市场与产品市场均衡的情况下,高创新率将带来高的模仿率。
外商对华直接投资所产生的技术外溢效应,表现在外资企业和内资企业
的联系效应、外资企业对内资企业所产生的示范效应、竞争效应、培训效应
和集聚效应五个方面;计量检验显示我国 FDI 的技术外溢效应十分显著,FDI
通过技术外溢提升我,从而促进我国经济增长。因此,可以认为
FDI 是国外技术向国内流动的重要渠道之一。
结合国内学者周正英对软技术的定义,通过选择四个知识型服务行业作
为我国知识型服务业的代表,以他们开展知识型服务作为实现软技术流动的
途径,我们发现知识型服务业的技术外溢效应也十分的显著,我们把知识型
服务业视为实现软技术流动的渠道之一。
在分析我国技术流动层次结构的基础上,本文首先提出了技术流动度这
一指标,并且较为系统地构建了衡量我国技术流动度这一指标的指标体系,
也对我国技术流动度进行了测算。通过实证分析,发现我国的经济增长是我
国的技术流动成因,技术流动也是构成经济增长的成因,技术流动与经济增
长两者之间呈双向因果关系,实证的结果与相关理论较为一致。通过实证分
析,发现了我国技术流动的一些薄弱之处,对此,提出了相应的对策与建议。

Abstract
There must exist some impetus to make the technology flowing. In the
technology flowing field, if the strength of gravity is bigger than the strength of
resistence, technology will be essfully flowing. If there exists only two areas,
a technology advanced area and a technology-lag area, the technology-lag area
will imitate the technology of the advanced area to improve the technology level
of itself. So the high innovation will bring about high imitation.
It's generally accepted that FDI has great influences on a country. Compared
with the research made in the past which was mainly in the respects of funds and
management, the paper makes a research on technical spillover effects of FDI
China with the of econometric models on the basis of making a summary the
research contributions of the scholars of all the countries in this field。
From the view to soft technology of Zhengying Zhou, a scholar of our nation,
we studied the soft technology flowing on the industry of Knowledge-Intensives
