摘要
为了及时响应当前全球化市场的快速变化,在最短时间内开发出高质量产品,
企业进行的产品网络化协同设计工作受到越来越多的重视。因此,将协同设计工
作模式应用到飞行器这一复杂产品设计中,能够解决传统飞行器设计中由于时间
和空间方面而引起的设计难题。
产品数据管理是企业设计信息的支撑环境,它管理着产品生命周期的所有数
据,控制着产品的整个设计过程。本文主要研究支持协同设计的产品数据管理系
统中的产品结构与配置管理功能的设计与实现。通过分析协同设计平台对产品数
据管理的需求,设计出支持协同设计的产品数据管理系统的体系结构,通过构建
产品结构和配置管理模型,采用基于决策表技术的变量配置方法,开发了比较完
整的产品结构管理模块、产品配置管理模块,实现了产品结构管理功能与产品变
量配置管理功能。最后,将开发的产品数据管理系统作为协同设计实现的信息支
撑平台,应用到飞行器协同设计中,使其在增强设计人员之间的交流协作、缩短
设计周期以及提高产品质量等方面都起到十分重要的作用。

Abstract
In order to respond the rapid change of global market and develop high quality
product in short time, it’s more and more important to use cooperative design method
in enterprise. It can solve many difficulties in aircraft design because of different time
and place.
Product data management (PDM) is the supported environment in enterprise that
can manage all information and all process in the product lifecycle. Product structure
and configuration management (PSCM) was researched in the PDM system that
supported cooperative design. By analysis the requirement puter supported
cooperative design (CSCD), the relative system structure was designed and the model
of PSCM was built. In this thesis, Decision table was used and the module of Product
Structure Management and Product Configuration Management had been realized. At
last, the PDM system was applied in the aircraft cooperative design as the supported
information platform to realize CSCD, which will municate between
designers, short design time and improve product quality etc.
