摘要
标准化实时教学平台,是遵从我国现代远程教育以及国际远程教育技术标准的
现代网络教育平台的重要组成部分,是涵盖通信技术、计算机技术、教育统计测评
学和教育心理学等等的多个学科技术领域的信息化教学工具。我台虽然已经有了一些系统实现,但其中的一部分由于没有借鉴多媒体通信协
议体系,不能随通信标准的发展进行扩展。而且这些系统虽然从功能性上实现了课
堂教学中的多媒体交互网络化,但缺少远程教育标准化的部分,不能同教育体系其
他的组件共同工作,无法构成一个学习体系。
基于以上的问题,本文给出了将通信标准框架协议应用于实时教学平台
中的一个实例。多媒体会议通信体系制订的音视频交互以及数据交互实现框
架,可保证教学过程中授课者和听课者的各种多媒体交互,而且兼容下一代通信网
络。在教学实时交互的同时,本系统对教学过程中使用的资源进行标准化,为学台中的其他系统提供了利用实时教学系统的资源的标准接口。
通过将视频会议体系与国内外远程教育标准体系的结合,本文给出了在
实时教学环境中进行标准化的实现过程,为我国远程教育标准的应用与发展提供了
借鉴和参考。同时针对传统实时教学系统在录制课堂视频时,往往将课件资源的展
示过程也制成视频,造成课程录制以后标准化课件资源的浪费问题,本文创造性的
给出了解决的方法,为教育资源的标准化过程在实时环境中的运用做出了尝试和贡
献。

Abstract
Standardized real-time teaching platform, complying with domestic and
international distance education standards, is an important part of modern distance
education platform. It is also a modern information technology teaching tools covering
various disciplines such as education statistic and evaluation, education psychology,
munication technology, computer technology and so on. Although current
real-work teaching platform in our country has a little realizations, some do not
have agreement on munications systems, can not develop with the
expansion of international munications standards. Some of those real-time
network teaching platforms have work multimedia interaction,but lack
of standardization or can not work with ponents of education system, thus
unable to constitute a learning platform.
This thesis gives an instance of standard using in real-time teaching platform,
which is a framework mendation in munication technology.
